Zancudo, Our 2004 Destination!

really nice
Our beautiful private beach with warm tropical water!

Beautiful Playa Zancudo - a great place
for painting, relaxation and exploration!!

Zancudo was our January 2004 destination. We hope to return again to this serene corner of Costa Rica.

Each room of the Rio Mar Hotel has its own veranda and bathroom. In front of the cabinas is a shared garden, protected by several giant mango trees. On the property there is a shaded rancho we will use for conducting workshops and for after hours studio space. You can also paint any where on the property, shaded by the many palms or leafy Almendras trees. Mariano Gaos, our host and guide, will provide us with delicious, healthy breakfasts and dinners. There is a communal fridge provided for stashing cold drinks and access to the kitchen for guests to prepare lunch or snacks.

Escape the winter and come enjoy a vacation of creativity, painting, sharing, rest, and relaxation! Let the surrounding beauty inspire you!
